Real Estate Wealth Expo Toronto, Ontario - Robert Shewin, Tim Payne complete waste of time and $40 Toronto Nationwide

Everyone who wants to become rich overnight - be aware!

Unfortunately i did not make research online ahead of the attendance. Regret about that, of course.

The event came with the announcement of rapper Pitbull performing during the event, therefore a huge mass of people were there which i never saw at any other real estate events. Yes, he was there, so i'd say his performance more than anything else attracted few thousand spectators.

As for the speakers - i had a chance to listen to two of them - Tim Payne with "Real estate flipping secrets" and Robert Shemin with "Apartment building millions". The goal of the first 1.5 hr session is to sign you up for his online seminar. I suspect that for the second one it was the same, as no specific real estate numbers were given for the 1st 30 min that i stayed. Both of them are just Speakers, no more than that.

I paid $39 at Groupon for a GOLD seat. The package included the Fitness Traker, which i was told by the registration desk, after arrival, be given out only at the end of the event - at 6 pm. Needless to say that even this simple trick sounds sketchy.

There were few (around 10) vendors’ booths there. Few of them i saw at other events – like Magellan investments. The decision to associate their companies with this event definitely will bring more clientele.
