Real Time Freight I was going to subscribe to the load board, but the company I work for said they already was using there load board. I told them this as soon as I found out and they would not return my credit that was not authorized yet. Chicago Illinois

I recieved a call from a guy that worked for "Real Time Freight" his extension is 2263. I told him I was interested in this load board that they showed, but I was not sure yet. I went and gave him a Credit Card number. Then the guy sent me some information regarding, what I have to send back. I called the Company I am leased to and the person there told me that, they already had them set-up. I called the guy back at extension 2263, and told him this. I then told him I did not need it because the Company I was with had it already. I then ask that he not run my Credit Card or to Cancel the Service because I never used it. He then wanted to argue with me about returning my own money. I did not use the service and then all occured in less then 1 hour. After that I never attempted to use the service and never recieved a Cancellation. This was only for $30.00 and he really did not explain that I would have to submit other information, plus I Cancelled this within a hours time. The person now has my information on my
Credit Card and can use this when ever they would like to.
I let them know several times I did not want this Charged due to the fact I was not wanting the service.
What this is telling me is that you have no "rights" to change your mind on getting a Companies services.
If it is this hard dealing with this Company. I can only Imagine how they could cheat a person over time and time again.

Customer's Company Already had an active account

AUTHOR: Rtfs - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, July 24, 2009

This report was filed by this customer immediately after he signed up on 6/5/09. He did not wait long enough, about an hour's time, as he was contacted by Real Time Freight, and credited. If his company already had a license, and was using the system, there was no need for him to have his own account. Once this was determined, the account was cancelled and the charge reversed. We are sure this issue is resolved as his company continues to pay and utilize the services.
