 Comments regarding this report about RTF I own a trucking and brokerage company and I first started using RTF in 2006. They've always treated me and my companies good! I've never seen anyone complain about a load board not having a load that you need. It doesn't say anywhere that RTF guarantees they will have a load for every single member every single day that you log in to their site. I think before you report a company you should have a little bit of common sense! Of course this is just my opinion! I'm sorry but I had to respond to this cause there is so many companies ripping truckers off but honestly I don't think RTF is or ever has ripped any of us off! They offer us all a service not a guarantee! Thank you for all that you do offer us RTF!!

It is unfortunate that we cannot please all of our customers.  It is unfortunate that today we dont have a load for every one of our 75,000 users, every time they log in, each with their own particular equipment and a specific destination in mind; however, we are working towards this goal!

We dont have a cancel anytime policy, we simply dont allow our customers to cancel their service within the month, or said another way, we dont provide partial refunds.

In regards to this post, Real Time offers a month to month subscription to anyone who has talked to an RTF rep and received a full demo of the system. This way, the customer knows exactly what RTFS does and who they service. The customer can cancel the account at anytime within their own network. When someone signs themselves up online, there is a three month minimum, which is clearly stated many times before the sign up is complete. It is also noted on the customer's receipt & registration email, immediately after signing up.
