RealEstateAgent.com is a company that I would run from.  After engaging me in a three month initial trial of their product, which they said would generate 10-15 solid leads per month because of all of their SEO focused efforts, I found that not a single lead was generated.  What's worse is that no matter how many emails or phone calls I sent in, I could not get customer service responses.  After sending repeated emails to cancel the service and leaving numerous messages, I received a notice that they were sending me to collections for a bill that was after the cancellation period FIVE MONTHS LATER.  I called to explain that my profile had not been done correctly, the INFORMATION WAS WRONG, and that I had cancelled the SERVICE IN WRITING and VIA VOICE MESSAGE.  FURTHER I reiterated that the profile was never done correctly, they had not advertised my business in the agreed upon areas that I could tell.

When I called, they answered the phone under the name business locate, even though they try to position themselves as a real estate focused company like Zillow or Trulia.  They said that they do this because they do advertising for many businesses and not just real estate.  Please don't be fooled by their sales pitch of being real estate focused and being able to drive all kinds of listings to you.  After 3 months under their initial trial, I can say that ZERO leads were received, ZERO customer service was given, Zero satisfaction, Zero Results.

From the best of what I Can tell, the idea is to get you in for a low introductory price, hope that even if you get no leads and find it to be the worst advertising dollar you have ever spent, that even if you cancel via email, phone, dancing telegram, carrier pigeon, or hand delivery to their office, that they will claim that you didn't fax it and then try to stick  you for a bill even though they never executed their services as promised.  Most people will just pay the fee without complaint and never do it again.
