Found on the web site to look for a company that could rent/sell my time share in Ft Myers Beach. Told d.biggs that I was going to the condo and see what was going on. It apparently had been resold and I wanted to see if the new owners would offer the same rental agreement as the home owners had. Mr. Biggs said no problem to cancel at any time.

The form to do this was 6/1/10 with a $1490.00 put on my credit card. I got home and notified the company by voice mail and e-mail that I needed to take the condo off the market as my situation had changed. They would not retun phone calls or e-mail about my request. I have filed a complaint with On line better business and the Attorney General of Florida economic crime devision.

I am a 63 year old retired nurse of over fourty years.  I can't fathom the depth of fear, helpessness and heartache this has caused many people,including me. I had trouble sleeping at night thinking how gullible I had been.
