There are many RED FLAGS with this company that show immediately
First: They contacted my elderly parents, my parents did not contact them.
Second: They demanded money up front to sell my parents timeshare. Never ever do business with anyone who asks for upfront fees to sell anything that you already own
Third: High pressure sales tactics. They kept asking over and over about $1400 needed to list with them and when my parents told them they didn't have the money they said, well we can list for only $750....can you borrow the money from your children.
Fourth: When my parents said something about reviewing their company with the BBB they started talking badly about the BBB, how it was a scam company and lies about who founded the BBB. The BBB has logged 203 complaints in the last year, 203!!!!! The BBB also give them an F rating.
Fifth: They are a member with the OBB (online business bureau). This company is another SCAM. They attempt to operate like the BBB, they attempt to look like the BBB and instead they try to support companies like Realty Properties by taking their money and always giving them a passing grade and not listing actual complaints
I cannot stress enough that if any company asks for money up front for any type of transaction, it's most likely a scam. I just hope you found this by researching the company before doing business with them and didn't find this after being ripped off!

If you had read what was written, then you would have understood why you wasted your time publishing the BBB's report. Since our new business plan has been put into action, we have had zero complaints. Yes, there are complaints within the past months, relating to the older business model and plan (previous to November 2009). It is possible that some client who had a problem dating back to 2006 complained within the past 2 months. This does happen which is why you see that a majority of the complaints were in the past 12 months.

Of course we've never done business because our family did our homework on your company that scams 1000's of dollars from the elderly or people in need.
By saying that you've done your best to turn over a new leaf implies that you know your company is in the wrong and blaming the internet is the worst possible excuse you can give. Please tell us why you've claimed to turn over a new leaf.....we'll of course you won't, but I'll be happy to:
It was due to Government Action! In March of 2010 you agreed to a settlement due to your deceptive practices. Your leaf turning will only last until the Govt. stops watching your every move.
Do you realize you work harder and make less money trying to pull off your scam then you would if you were a legitimate business?
You also claim that the BBB doesn't show you've had zero complaints for the last six months........Really? Have you gone to the central Florida BBB website and looked lately?
Here let me assist you on this:
http://centralflorida.app.bbb.org/newsearch2.asp?ComID=073300172358692
The number of complaints has only risen:
in the last 36 months: 339 complaints
in the last 12 months: 228
You still carry an F rating with the BBB. Let me repeat this, YOU STILL CARRY AN F RATING WITH THE BBB.
The numbers do not lie!
Once a scam always a scam.
Sure we didn't do business, I could be wrong about your company, the BBB could be wrong, the OBB could be right and your company could be a shinning star.....but I doubt it. If your company has turned over a new leaf, then why do you still do business with the OBB? Any business that does business with the OBB automatically throws up the RED FLAG alert.
Keep ripping off consumers and you'll end up in Jail......don't say I didn't warn you.
Thank You

Never Done Business.

Realty Properties.com has done its very best to turn over a new leaf despite of all negative press on the internet. There is association between Realty Trade and Realty Properties. However, Realty Trade had some major fundamental issues that were resolved through a complete overhaul of the marketing agreement, sales force, and customer service team. Under new management, this firm seeks to offer marketing and advertising solutions for timeshare owners, not guaranteed the sale of a particular property. The BBB is obligated to keep records of all the complaints on their website for the past 3 years. However, the BBB does not show that this company has had ZERO complaints in the past 6 months, since the new business plan has been put into action.

I posted twice and I am sorry about this. The first complaint did not appear to post but it showed up later.
The company mentioned above is still attempting to ripoff consumers.
