I want my $598 back! After almost a year I've received no communication and they promised me they would sell/rent my timeshare and get me a refund from Timeshares Only ($698)- who also did nothing. I'm now out $1296 plus interst on my credit cards and still paying dues and payments for nothing!

I did contact Worldmark/Wyndham who verified the value of my account is over $19,000 and it is illegal for anyone to extract a commision before a transaction occurs.

Health issues and constant lack of availability have made this membership useless to us and I feel we have been preyed upon by parties seeking a quick buck and have no intentions of marketing the valuable property they are erroneously entrusted with.

100 % Client Satisfaction

AUTHOR: RT Escalated Claims - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, September 05, 2009

We strive for 100% client satisfaction.  If you are not 100% satisfied, please email <<urgent@realtytrade.com>> to speak with a dedicated customer service representative.  All complaints will be handled professionally and quickly.  By filing reports with this site and other similar sites, as well as the Attorney General, it minimizes the chances that you will receive 100% of your money back, due to the use of additional resources to settle a claim.

The details of our refund policy are outlined in the Realty Trade Marketing and Advertising agreement, that we have our clients sign. It is NOT a guarantee to SELL the property, but rather a guarantee to generate offers and interest on your property. There are instances and circumstances that occur in which we are unable to generate an offer for a property due to market saturation or presenting a property that does not create interest on our network.  If this happens with your property, please contact us at this email address: <<urgent@realtytrade.com>> and we will address your concerns properly and issue a refund according to the terms and conditions of the marketing agreement.

With over 18,000 clients, there are occasional issues that may arise, as with any large organization, but we do everything within our power to satisfy all clients.

Again, please email <<urgent@realtytrade.com>> with your grievance and addressed professionally and quickly.

Thank you for your cooperation.

This is the second time we are attempting a response through this website portal and for Kathy. Kathy had been given a refund in June of 2008 and she promised to update her posting on this site and expressing that we had satisfied her grievance.

Kathy has not followed through with her end of the agreement, but she has been issued back a partial refund. RealtyTrade strives to maintain 100% client satisfaction, but occassionally, we are forced to work with a client like Kathy, who is ill-informed and will try and state libelous remarks to gain what they think is right.

RealtyTrade has thousands of satisfied clients who understand that marketing is a process and when you have a niche market, to reach the appropriate demographic may take more than 30 days. When comparing RealtyTrade to listing company such as Timeshares Only, it is the same as comparing apples to oranges. RealtyTrade maintains competitive advantage through emerging internet technologies and aggressive niche marketing. No matter what the market conditions are, there is always a buyer who is looking to capitalize on the poor economic turmoil that affects timeshare owners that have no choice but to sell their property at a discount. This is simple economics in any market. Supply of properties is high and buyers set the demand and are in control.

Kathy, if you will hold up your end of the conversation that you had with RealtyTrade management, we will be more than happy to discuss closing this grievance once and for all.

I was wrong about the fee- it was $695 (they were paid by my credit card on 2/05/07). I was first alarmed by a woman calling and requesting I send in the credit card authorization with my signature-I couldn't understand her name or phone# but she called several times at all odd times of day and night. Due to another issue with my credit card I was aware they had been paid weeks earlier so I decided not to send in any further paperwork accessing them to my account. After weeks I still had no access to see if my timeshare was even being advertised. Long story short- since I filed this report a man called several times claiming he was the legal head of marketing and demanded that I remove this report as it was damaging to his business.I asked for a refund which he declined but said he would upgrade my advertising package if I withdrew the complaint. Frankly, these people scare me- I just want my money back and for someone to keep them under watch.

On the other hand, Timeshares only has been more than cooperative and acknowledged that no amount of advertising will sell timeshares in this economy and I should receive a full refund within a few working days. They surely don't want to be tarred by Realtytrade and if you need more info from them you may contact me for the CEO info.
