I have been using Rebtel a VoIP provider for more than three yeas and i just noticed that they have been charging me 0.003625 U.S. Dollars per minutes and some days 0.38¢ per minutes to Lebanon and .24¢ per minutes to Jordan some is .18¢

I was sure of their rates advertised on their website and all over the Internet 10.9¢ a minute to Jordan Mobile and 21.0¢ to Lebanon Mobile!

I have been cheated for all this time and i never noticed except when i noticed that that $10 doesn't buy me much time at all!

This is consumer fraud and Deceptive practices that resulted in financial losses for me and the people i referred to this company, they have been cheating me by increasing the rates without my knowledge and different than their rates on their site since i started with this company!

To resolve this problem i have asked Rebtel to adjust and give credit to all these charges since i started with their company but their response was

a list of their rates and a link to their terms and conditions

also another email asking me which phone numbers i am disputing

i already mentioned all this in my first email and did the calculation for them

i know for sure that many U.S citizens are using their service and they have been complaining but without any response from Rebtel to resolve any of these issues.

Please be careful of this company and when you make the phone call, count your minutes and count how much you have been charged, they are cheating the consumers with these deceptive practices by charging higher rates than advertised on their website.
