I called on June 15,2017 at 10:39 ask if they found a iPod she ask me what was my room number 168 was a small iPod and looked like a small cell phone and with a purple cover on it, I she said to call back with room number so that she could look to see if left in the room . I found my room number on it. so I called back and ask to speak with a supervisor and she said that she was one, I told her the dates we stay and why couldn't she find the room number she put me on hold, when she got back on she had said my room number was 168 and that she had I iPod I ask how can I get it back and her ask me will I be in Florida area tp pick it up I said no so she told me to go to the ups store and send her a box big enough for her to send it back plus pay postages to send it back to me. I went the my ups store and pay for it. so now on June 23 when to my ups store to check on it and ups said that it was delivered on Tuesday June 20 at 11:20am signed by Ann Marie. call red carpet on June 23  and ask to speak with a supervisor she said that I  was talking with one I told her that I went to my ups store to check on my package { iPod} she ask room number told her 168 she put me on hold for a long time she came back on to tell me that she did not have my iPod I said that so did you get the package from ups she put me on hold again, she got back on to say no package ask me to go back to ups store to see who signed for the package so I told her Ann Marie and she said that she was Ann Marie and she not sign for it. called many time all she did is put me on hold never get back on., when she got back on she had said my room number was 168 and that she had I iPod I ask how can I get it back and her ask me will I be in Florida area  tp pick it up I said no so she told me to go to the ups store and send her a box big enough for her to send it back plus pay postages to send it back to me.
