Red Tag Savings order processed and shipped, never done, verified tracking number through Fedex and not a valid number and nothing at all being sent to me Internet

Rip off artist, do not use. Ordered Garmin GPS stated it was in stock and would ship in one to two business days. Never shipped at all. Called and then they stated that there was a recall by Garmin and would ship on Monday. Called on Monday told it was shipped by three day air through Fedex but they could not locate the tracking number. Additionally their web site tracking never showed any updated information at all. On Tuesday called again and this time I was given a tracking number. Confirmed the number twice to assure no errors. Called Fedex and number was ficticious. No packages were sent to my residence. Called Redtagsavings again and confronted regarding ficticious tracking number and they stated that is was shipped today and maybe it had not been entered in Fedex system yet. Told them to cancell the order immediately and they did agree to cancell the order. My crfedit card was charged for the purchase on January 14, 2009, and the order cancelled on January 20, 2009. Do not use this company, does not deliver product and uses deceptive practices.
