These people are plain FRAUDS! They call pretending to be Verizon and convince you to change your phone service to save big bucks. It took us 6-months to realize all they were was another leech on our phone bill. These people show up as unknown on your caller ID and will not give you a physical address as to where they are located. They also will not given you a Verizon phone number where you can call them back. If you are who you say you are, why would you not give us this information?These people along with others that try to hitch hike on your phone bill should all be arrested and thrown into prision. Why don't you (Reduced Rate Long Distance) try to make an honest living like the rest of us?
