Redzuco has become totally unresponsive in my efforts to recover a 50.00 rebate on a SanDisk MP3 player. Word on the web is that their rebate program is bogus.
Would suggest anyone having problems file an online complaint with Texas atty general dept of consumer affairs. If they get enough of them, perhaps they will compel action or will take punitive measures.
