RedZuco No delivery of merchandise but they have your money ripoff. Sent emails and got threaten with legal action for harassment Ripoff Austin Texas

RedZuco is company to avoid in every way, shape and form. I should have done more research before ordering my product. I have since found that they are a power seller on ebay. I bought direct from their home site. Their track record is that of what phone scams.

I ordered a GPS unit via my VISA card and was billed for the amount of $207.97 and it went through Pay Pal. They have my money but I still don't have any merchandise and it's been over three weeks. I can't even get a tracking number from these people.

I've sent emails requesting information as to my order and all I've gotten back was an email saying that my information would be forwarded to the shipping manager AND their legal department. Yes their legal department. They threatened me with legal action should my harassment continue. Now that's a new one. It now costs over $200 to get threaten with legal action for inquiring about an order that has been placed and collected on, but not delivered. Only in America as they say.

As I stated above, stay away from this company and let as many people as possible know of their practices. Once they have your money it's all history for anything else.
