If your gonna order from this website please do all the research possible. My ordeal began in Nov. 2010 I placed an order for $103.00 (why not you get a free cleaner crew) and shipping. Well after about a month I was graced with an e-mail telling me my order was being shipped. I was so excited I didn't need to e-mail this idiot anymore. Well my package finally arrived I opened it up and to my surprise no heat packs in case anyone didn't take geography I live in Michigan we actually get four different seasons and December can get kind of  cold. Well the poor animals didn't seem to like 25 degree temps (I guess where their from it doesn't get that cold) go figure. I tried to ressesitate the best i could everything just turned to mush (anemone,feather dusters,ricordia) I was able to save some snails that are still alive today. Move forward to end of January about fell back out of my chair another e-mail reply from this moron. It read sorry for the dead on arrival animals. we will issue a store credit for $99.45 (not sure how this amount came about) I guess bacause the snails survived. Lets move ahead to May the 20th 2011 I placed my order again (not to hot or not to cold outside) using my special promo code. It is now June 14th no word about my order dont even know if they received my order yet. Please look elsewhere if you decide to order live animals over the internet. The way these poor animals had to suffer this guy needs to be reported. plus the only way to contact him is over the internet so don't hold your breath waiting for a reply. I have already reported this total a..hole to the better business bureau, paypal, and the florida attorney general. STAY AWAY FROM REEF SCAVENGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
