RefurbDepot.com Stole my credit card info, sent a computer I didn't order or want, took it back, then lied about refunding the money. Internet

One day, a package showed up on my doorstep. Inside was a refurbished laptop computer. I had no idea where it came from, and there was no invoice inside. The return address label was from RefurbDepot.com.

I checked my bank account and found that my debit card had been charged $894.81. I called the bank and immediately canceled the card, then called RefurbDepot. They said they didn't know who made the order, and didn't know how they got my credit card number. They didn't apologize, or even sound particularly surprised.

They sent UPS to pick up the unwanted computer, but did not refund the money. After a week of waiting, I called them. They said "We put your refund through yesterday; it should take 7-10 business days to show up in your account." I waited 14 business days. Still nothing. I called the bank, who said that no refund had ever been posted at all.

RefurbDepot are either incompetent or dishonest, and probably both.
