Regions Auto Parts Prestige Auto Parts LLC, Falcon Parts, LLC, Salvage and Recycling, LLC Ripped me off for 785.00 Tampa, Florida

I was on the Internet trying to find a used engine for my truck a 2002 Nissan. I found a search engine for used auto parts. I filled in the info required.  I had 2 or three prospects.

The Reegions looked most appealing. They had a BBB logo on the opening page. I saw that and said this looks good not knowing the pile of crap I was stepping into.

The email Josh sent me was we have your engine. It has 35,679 . We are running a memorial day special with free shipping. I was like wow 36,000 miles? 1399.00 dollars  with free shipping yeah that's perfect.

I was looking for something fast this truck is my transportation. I called and ask if they could get it out that week. Josh told me it would go out that Friday I was like sweet! He told me to look on the web page and fill out the info required so I did. I did read that some times it could take up to three weeks for them to ship some items.

Had I known then what I know know I WOULD NEVER HAVE DEALINGS WITH THEM.
Regions are a day away shipping by truck. When nothing showed up in my email and no truck showed I called. Josh sent me to customer service to find out when it would be shipped. Well Maria told me it was going out that Thursday. Week 2

I check my email that week to be sure the engine is coming. Nothing! I email requesting a shipping date. No return email. I call Maria again. she puts me on hold and never picks back up. I try again. put on hold again. nothing.  This was making me uneasy. I could not get through for the next 3 days.

Week 3. I call and I get Maria again. She gives me a tracking number and a trucking company.  I go online to track the number. It comes up invalid. So I make a call to the trucking company. They check it out. The tell me it was delivered 3 weeks prior in Charlote so I ask what it was and the clerk says it was a transmission.

By know I am raging mad. I call back and get Maria again. This time she tells me she will call me back. 2 days goes by no call back. I call to inquire as to why I had no call back. Well the shipping company has lost your engine we have to find you another one. I hung up and call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

This is where it gets tricky, the letter I signed unknown to me is all that the bank looks at. They charged me a 20 percent return. The real tricky part is that when they got charged back from the credit card company. Regions found a engine somewhere and sent it from where ever. I refused it knowing this was knot what we had agreed to.

They new I had a dispute against them.  They then charged me $450.00. shipping and 20 percent of $1399.00 = $279.80  making it a totaol of $729-$1399.00 = $669 is what I have have to pay my credit card company for nothing but a hard time from Regions Auto Parts.
