Regions Auto Parts I purchased an used engine for my 1996 Jeep for $650.00 which they said had 65k miles on it, they shipped me a 1994 engine which doesnt even fit that model car and it had 230,000 miles on it, was cove Tampa, Florida

I purchased a used 1996 5.2L V-8 engine for my Jeep from Regions Auto Parts for $650 which they said was in stock, great shape and had 65k miles on it. What I received was a 1994 5.8L V-8 with 230,000 miles on it that was covered in dirt, mold, encrusted with bolt killing salt water corrosion. That order was placed on 1/17/11. They did send a bill of lading for the engine return after I complained to the manager A.J. and I had it shipped back in Feb 2011 expecting them to credit my card for $650. It is now March, I have called numerous times and the manager is in meetings, the salesman is out to lunch, my file is not available because the office door is locked, we will refund you asap, etc....... and so far NOTHING!!! Do not even think of dealing with these guys. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in their location and are still trying to resolve this. Not happy!!
