Advertised to be the 'exclusive agent' for selected (of our choice,if available) counties, one pays $1,200 as a 'startup fee / 3 month trial run'. Then we find out that there's only 3 properties on the list for said county. And there's no response from all the 'hundreds of investors' listed for 'your county' that one sends approved email to.

It appears we 'exclusive agents' for these county agent positions are sole activity generators for the rehablist.com wholesale listings. We are to solicit the business, find the deals, generate the local advertising, put up bandit signs, or whatever, then post the deals for approval and listing in our county. Then for our monthly fee, the website happily publishes the deals we find to the list of 'investors' that are supposed to be in our county territory. This isn't too clearly defined in the signing up process before one pays out this 3 month 'trial period', which you ain't getting none of back . IF you decide to continue on, there's a $400 / monthly fee PER COUNTY if you have more than one.

Nowhere did I find any indication what our 'cut' of the deals currently posted was to be. Part of the negotiation process? Marked up before it's posted? No one from rehablist.com seemed to be able to clarify the point. When a 'new listing' (unsolicitied, they just show up) popped up in one's territory, it just shows up, with the price tag in place. The listing then goes out directly to the list of 'investors' without your 'cut' added to the price tag. How do you get paid out of that? Won't say.

My contact at rehablist tells me I'm 'cancelled' as far as future payments are concerned, but I 'bought' several more weeks of 'service' that are pretty useless and won't be refunded.

The 80/20 Rule applies to most aspects of life, especially Real Estate. On average 80% of people will only do 20% of the business, while the top 20% will do 80% of the business. Do you really think that a company would sell you something for only $400 a month that is going to make you thousands without you having to do anything?

Were you not told that you would have to spend at least 2 hours a day working with the site? Did you spend at least 60 hours each month to actually do anything or did you watch television instead? Do you actually think that you can succeed @ anything in life by sitting on your butt and doing nothing? You did state that you placed an ad in the paper and listings Mysteriously appeared. Uh. What if you did even more marketing and you got 100 potential deals? Out of those 100 leads you may find one that is actually a workable deal. That is why most people fail in life. They quit when they meet the first sign of resistance.

Yes, I work for Rehablist. Yes, I have personally used the systems to do phenomenal deals. Rehablist is only one tool in my real estate toolbag. Well, I have to go now. I have leads to sift through to find the deal that will make me at least $10k within 45 days. Everyone else, back to your j-o-b.
