i joined rehab list.com a month ago. they set me up with a company in downers grove ill called hawthorn capital. i was told by amy smith that any deals we got had to run thru this company because they pay a marketing fee.

so i ran my deals thru them they wrote a contract and 3 days before closing i am told by josh at hawthorn capital that i will have to lower my fee by 3,000 and give him a 1,000 plus pay his marketing fee to rehab list. in his email he tells me its not being greedy just business. and i will make sure you close if you do the deal this way other wise you don't close.

being this close to closing i emailed amy smith at rehab list and told her what happened. she sent me a email back sayng that she would call in a hour. 5 hours latter she never called. but josh called from hawthorn and told me amy called me and is on board with this and we do this all the time if you want your deals closed you need to do it the way WE say.

the phone number that amy gave was disconected. i sent several emails to see if this is normal practice from rehab list. but no answer. i sent several more email asking for mike collin's email or number telling her i have assume this is normal practice for rehab list if you don't even reply to emails. now there is not enough time to get another buyer all the time put in to get the buyer is lost not to mention the earnest money i will lose.

rehab list and hawthorn capital are SCAMSSSS.
