I was having problems with my internet, I searched for an error fix. REImage came highly recommended. They "fixed" my issue, for 19.95. gave me a type of Pin number, supposed to have been a 1 year subscription. The next day, they "alerted" me and said I had virusus. I attempted to open REImage and they ran a scan, saying I had virusus. I ran a Norton scan, no virusus. REIMage then wanted me to pay another 29.95 to "fix" my problems again. I took the program off of my computer and conatcted my virus protection firm, Norton. No virus was found, but now my computer shuts down , alot, on its own.So now REIMage wants more to "fix" what they said they "fixed" . Ripoff artists. I will be contacting VISA for a fraud report.
