On August 25, 2016 I ordereed from Rejuvenem a trial offer of Ageless Moisturizer and a trial offer of Instant Eye Serum, for shipping charges only ($4.95 and $5.87 respectively), paid by credit card.

The items were NOT billed by Rejuvenem, but by Skinstore (moisturing cream) and Revitali---(eye serum)

On Sept 12, I was billed an additional $89.95 by Skinstore (844-434-5943), and on Sept. 13, I was billed an additional $79.95 by Revitali--- (844-389-3614).

I called the Skinstore number and the agent told me that I had agreed to their terms & conditions when I clicked the order button, whether I had read the terms or not,

In the terms, it states that if the customer does NOT call or email WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME ( 10 days plus 4 days shipping, for a total of 14 days) which would have been Sept 8th for me,  to cancel, the 2 additional charges would be  charged to my credit card IN FULL PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED, plus I would automatically be enrolled in their monthly shipment program for the two products.

Nowhere on the original website does it say anything about additional charges-unless you click on the "terms and conditions" link.  I explained this to the agent who was not sympathetic to my story.

I told her to cancel all future shipments, and hung up.

Today  I called the Rejuvenem customer service number (844-210-5833) and explained the whole scenario to their agent, telling her that I was going to file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  She offered to give me a 30% refund, and when I turned that down, she offered me a 50% refund. I also turned that down, telling her i wouuld accept nothing but a 100% refund of the 2 new charges.  She put me on hold, and after 2 or 3 minutes she returned and told me that she had been able to get me a full refund, to be credited to my card within 7-10 business days. She also confirmed that I was disenrolled from the auto-ship program.

Within 2 hours, I received 2 emails, ond for each product, confirming the credits for $89.95 and $79.95 would be issued.

The moral of this story is, ALWAYS READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND IF YOU GET A NEGATIVE RESPONSE, BE PERSISTENT-and if need be, ask to speak to a supervisor (I did not have to go that far).
