Reliance Property Management Group AKA RPMG / Tejas and Deepak Kadia Horrible Property Management New Brunswick New Jersey

RPMG, Tejas Kadia and Daddy Deepak Kadia are the absoloute worse property management company in the Nation.  The community they Manage is Village Gate at Edison and this has to be the most poorly mananged property they have - the entire board is I.n.d.i.a.n and Tejas and Deepak are as well.  RPMG claims that they respond to all requests to support@rmpg.us in twenty four hours and that is nothing but a lie.  They claim that someones email gets caught in spam however even when it arrives they either do nothing with it, or delete the email and ignore homeonwers.  RPMG has been notified that people have modified thier units by putting in Kitchen Exhaust fans and they cut into the outside of the units to put these in and nothing was said or done. There are people that have addresses missing, again this has been reported and nothing has been said or done about it.  If your a board member or friend of a board member, you don't even need to register your vehicle or apply for an extra parking permit because they are only interested in sending out fines to those outside of the I.n.d.i.a.n. Culture.  People park anywhere they please and nothing is done even after many emails and threats of lawsuits - The Property Manager Tejas always states that he walks the propety and it's the biggest lie in the book - there are over 100 violations at Village Gate and Tejas never does anything about it and even the board members ignore.  The one board member Srinivasa Dontireddy thinks he is God and he controls Tejas and RPMG and ensures that none of his "friends" get fined or get in trouble.  RPMG is simply the worst Management combined with the Village Gate Board of Directors - they don't follow the laws!  Stay away from this Management company or this community at any cost!  It's not with the aggrevation to deal with a arrogant b*****d like Tejas.
