Reliance Property Management Group Inexperienced, untrustworthy, irresponsible New Brunswick New Jersey

Reliance Property Management group is inexperienced. They do not repsond to emails. They make critical decisions about single home properties without regard to CC&Rs and Bylaws. They do not know what ADR process is. Inspite of repeated emails to hold off a decision until the ADR is complete they have let members to act on their rash decisions. This company unetically tries to keep some members from attending the open board meeting. They create vague agenda and when requested in writing to let the members know when a topic is discussed they do not act. They did not maintain open board meeting minutes until told to do so. They said they have consulted an attorney on architectural committee's descisions. I'm still not sure if they have really consulted an attorney or just made their own decision. When asked to show the attorney's report they say it's attorney client previleged and cannot show. If a report is taken for the common good of the association using association's funds I still wonder why that is attorney-client previleged and only the property management can view the report. It's better to pay more and hire a professional management company  which will return calls, keep all records in writing and follow the CC&Rs and Bylaws.
