my daughter received a letter that stated she had been granted a home improvement grant for $48000.00. A check for 4550.10 was included with the letter.

Once the check was deposited she was to send $3100.00 via western union and the remainder of the $48000.00 was going to be sent to her via courrier. After the $3100.00 was sent, the original check for $4550.10 was dishonered by the bank and her account was debited that amount.
