Reloadit.com Loaded 80 bucks into the safe to transfer it to my netspend card. The money was for the rest of my car payment. The rest was already on my card. Tried accessing the account to load the card. Was told technical difficulties be resolved in 2 hours. Days later 25 calls to customer service later. Still can't access my money Internet

Loaded 80 into the safe. To reload a netspend card for a car payment. Days later and 25 plus calls later to the customer service center still can't access my cash. My question is why does netspend associate with this company. They are guilty by association I think. They know reload it is a rip off yet they allow us to still use it. Same for giant eagle and other retailer's that sell the pack. Never will use the pack again. Probably never get the cash back either. Companies that rip off the consumer should be made to pay huge sums in restitution right away. Instead of it dragging through the courts so the lawyers get rich.
