Reload it pack has stolen $4,000 of my money by blocking access to my funds on a reload it safe. This all started on January 31, 2015 and since then they claim they are not able to unlock the phones, first it was a site issue now they claim they can't do it. This company is a scam and it is clearly in the business of stealing peoples money. They are holding several of my reload it packs in safe and are refusing to release them to me or issue a refund. It has been almost two months of back and forth with them telling that they are sending a check and now they say they are not able to unlock the packs. They say there is nothing they can do.
