Reloadit.com Stealing Money from individuals, Inability to Resolve Issues, Avoid Reloadit Packs, Central America Customer Service Reno, online Nevada

On March 20th a Reloadit pack was purchased at a well-known and respected grocery store In the amount of $500.00.  This pack is used to refill a prepaid debit card. I have used these packs repeatedly to add funds to my children's debit cards. 

 Prior to march 1, 2015 the funds were added by calling a phone number and entering your card number and the reloadit pack number. On March 1, 2015 Reloadit.com began requiring all persons to create a "safe" online prior to putting the funds on the card. The purpose is to prevent fraud, according to customer service. You also have to add the debit card to your safe.

the first problem I had was loggin in to create a safe. Their response was that the site was having problems and it was working on it. Next problem was adding a debit card to the account. They must verify the card. A 4 hour process that has turned into days. My final problem, still existing 6 days later is that every time I attemp to logon to transfer the money from my "safe" I get a message stating I am logoing on from a different device. Only 6 devices are allowed on your account. Once you have 6 your are prevented from accessing your account at all. Since every time it states I am on a new device I am unable to access my account at all. 

I have eave contacted customer service repeatedly. I have asked them to remove all devices on my account. I have done everything I can to access the funds deposited with them but I am unable to do so. I was promised a call within 2 days from the escallactions department. I have yet to receive this Call. 

I now have no options left but to call the police and report the theft of my funds. you cannot get a refund from the grocery store for this. I do not understand why they took something that worked perfectly and screwed it up. Apparently they are using IP addresses to identify a computer. Unless you have a static IP address you will change every time you access Their online account.
