Relocation and Storage was supposed to pick up my belongings in Massachusetts on September 23... they never showed up and because I need to be in Michigan by September 25, they assured me everything would be picked up and delivered by September 27. After more than 150 phone calls (I have the records to prove it) and countless emails, here I am almost two months later with NOTHING (and I'm out more than $500 from my deposit).
They DO NOT return phone calls... in fact, their phone line is now a fax line. I called the police department in Richardson, TX, and they went over to the R&S office to find only a desk and a phone... nothing else. From research, I've found that DANIEL BRUCE, LARRY BALSAMO, MARCIE BALSAMO, MEGAN FREDERIQUE, JAMES NAZARIAN, JENNIFER MOORE, ROBIN MOORE and their various alliases are operating more than 10 COMPANIES including, but not limited to: AAA Careful Movers, All Cities Movers, Nationwide Relocation Service (NRS), American World Van Lines and F.C Designs and Deliveries, which, ironically is a furniture store... hmmm... are they stealing furniture and reselling it? I wouldn't know because I DON'T HAVE MINE!
Howard, a dispatcher with R&S, told another police officer that my stuff was to be delivered after another load was dropped off in South Carolina. When the officer told Howard that my belongings were worth more than $25,000, Howard exclaimed, "Her stuff is not worth that much... trust me!" HMMM...
These people are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. They not only took my money, but they took my life. If you need further information on these people, let me know!

Items delivered 2.5 months late and with more than $2,000 worth of damage

Partially true? What part is not true???? My items were not delivered in the "same manner" as they were picked up...and how would you know? Did you pick them up? Did you deliver them?
Sure, I was given my money back, but this does NOT make up for the hundreds of dollars I spent in long distance phone calls; the time I took off from work (because my belongings were supposedly going to be delivered...I was given more than 10 delivery days); and the amount of money I had to spend to replace belonging that were promised to be at my place in three days...NOT 2.5 MONTHS!
It is amazing that you can respond to this report which was written a couple months ago, but your company stopped responding to me back in October. Sure, my belongings were delivered...2.5 months late. And how do you know all of my stuff was delivered? You weren't here. I had more than $2,000 worth of damaged/missing goods including my television, bed rails, dresser, floor lamp and computer parts. It was only after several police reports in different states were filed and the FBI got involved that your company bothered to respond.
I have the pages and pages of telephone bills showing the amount of times I called R&S to no avail. If consumers want to risk using this company, then by all means go ahead...but, from speaking with other victims of R&S, I can assure you, you will have MANY sleepless nights. In fact, if you're like me, you'll be sleeping on the floor!!!!

I am the Howard that you speak of in your letter. Although your story is partially true, you have received ALL of your items in the same shape and manner in which it was picked up. Also because of the fact that we were VERY late in the delivery of your items you were not charged at all. So if you are going to write such a damaging report, and rightly so, I would really appreciate it if you would write a new happy letter with all of the facts.
Sincerely,
