Relocation Van Lines Had I known then what I know now, I would have made different choices. Chicago Illinois

Relocation Van Lines needs to be shut down. We went with this company because of the price to handle our move from Illinois to California. Looking back, I should have spent the extra money. My first red flag went up when the movers arrived not only 5 hours late, but in an Enterprise-Rent-A-Truck. Only one person spoke fluent English, and after an hour of work they took a 2 hr lunch. I could go on and on.

When my property arrived, None of my boxes were labeled and our dinning room suite that over 90 years old was so damaged, a box of designer bags I personally packed never arrived, they packed bleach with my clothes hince, damaging the bulk of my clothing. The movers took the legs of my sofa but not the loveseat or chairs and the legs are missing in addition to all the pillows that belong on the sofa and loveseat. My property was handled with utter disrepect and disregard, and Jill said to me, the job was larger than they anticipated. But instead of giving me the option of going elsewhere Relocation simply damaged and stole my property. This is not the end of this situation; I am angry, hurt and disgusted about this entire ordeal.
