Relogulf. Can we take some action together? I found where my belongings are... Dubai Dubai, UAE

My story is like so many about Relogulf.  After 17 years in Dubai I hired Relogulf to move all my belongings to Canada, that was in April 2013, they would hold my belongings until there was other people to use a shared container.  Come September 2013 they had started to avoid answering the phones or e mails so I did a search on google and found the first complaints about Relogulf.  i tried to have my things moved by another company but was told by them that they were on board of a ship and leaving Dubai Jenel Ali Ports on the third of October.  

Then silence.  

I just found out where my stuff is, ATP Relocations in Dubai.  They won't release them unless I pay the warehouse charges, 50000 Dh. Then I would have to ship it all to Canada where I now live.  I can't afford to pay, there are family pictures, irreplaceable things not just furniture, much of my working equipment All there. I am broken up about it and don't know if it's legal to hold it all just because Relogulf hasn't paid them or fulfilled their contract to us.

I was happy to find that my stuff was not at the bottom of the sea or sold but does anyone have any ideas what I can do to retrieve them?

Anyone else who has no idea where their belongings are can call this ATP RELOCATIONS, they will tell you if your stuff is there. 

If we can get together to find a solution to this problem, it might work.
