Flex-able hose They have taken 2 months to ship my order. Every attempt with customer service is like talking to a brick wall. internet

 advertised delivery is 2 to 3 weeks. its been 2 months. i had to call to find out where the product is. customer service is rude and could not advise of time frame. it is on back order was all they could advise. i think that they have done this to many folks and should be penalized for false advertising.

 They charge a huge handling fee due to 2 for one price. this fee should be waived due to lack of handling. all intention to give this as a house warming gift 4 weeks ago was spoilt by incorrect advertising.
