Be sure to read the terms and conditions for Renew Derma closely!! If you order the samples offered for a total charge of $13.93 you have 15 days to try the products. If you do not call them to cancel then you are charged $87.47 for each product from two separate companies and placed on a monthly shipment plan.
I did not read as carefully as I should have and when I called to cancel at the number for Ultra Cleanse that showed up on my credit card bill I was informed that it was a valid charge but they would cancel my monthly commitment and give me a 35% credit. I was on hold for several minutes and then got a dial tone. When I tried to call back the phone would ring once and then nothing! When I tried to call the other company, LOH**Vervediet, the same thing happened. So I will dispute the charges on my bill and see what happens.

I finally was able to contact Ultra Cleanse by phone and a very nice lady named Theresa cancelled my commitment and issued me a 35% refund! I still think the information about the monthly commitment should have been made clearer up front on the offer page however it is my fault for not reading the conditions better.
