Renew/Derma KHB truley lovely syrum and CHP best eye syrum I have been ripped off bu this co.after my cc was charged. 2charges of$87 ea i called and was told they have no record of my name address or CC#.how did they charge my cc acct? i Internet

 I ordered a free trial from Renew/Derma 2weeks ago. Yesterday they charged my Credit Card 2transactions of $87 each. I never was told I would be charged this amt. I contacted a # i found. The woman who answered hardly spoke english and never gave me a chance to tell her why I was calling, she just said they had no record of my name, address or credit card #. She said I would have to call back and speak with upper management. I have made numerous attempts to do so . They must have my phone # blocked. I can only guess they have had so many complaints that they block anyones call who has called before. How do they know what I am even calling about since she did not even let me explain. I contacted BBB which this co is not a member of, and explained my situation. I noticed many complaints like mine regarding erroneous charges. I also wanted to tell them that I must be allergic to this product as my face is a mess after using it a few times so I had to discontinue use. Thank you for the opportunity to vent! I can only hope that people like Renew/Derma are investigated and stopped from scamming unsuspecting consumers like myself
