I too have been ripped off by Renew Skin ,are.

I foolishly sent for free samples of 2 of their products, the Derma Renu Cream and the BFS Serum. The samples caused my skin to break out and I called them about it and they said they would take me off their sales list.

Since I was charged for the now monthly products, I spoke to Brandon at their customer service dept. and he was rather rude and then I asked for a supervisor and he refused to connect me with one, telling me that they would tell me the same thing that he had just told me. I insisted and he still refused.

I received a letter in the mail stating that all ongoing and future charges have been cancelled per my request, but I am still being charged for the products that I have never received. My credit card company ( I used it to pay for the samples) wants me to return the product, provide a proof of return with either a tracking number or a certified mail receipt. I have the hard copy of the letter from Renew Skin stating they would remove the charges. 

I never received the products, and I threw the samples away, but I am being charged $195.82 cents for products I never received., this is truly a scam and a rip-off.
