Regarding Michael's Account

AUTHOR: Web.com Customer Satisfaction - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, March 18, 2011

Michael began working with the team at Renovation Experts in August 2010 after discussing our lead referral programs with a salesperson.  Renovation Experts provides job leads to contractors in their specific geographic areas and trade specialties.  Shortly after service began, Michael requested a refund on 3 job leads he had accepted because he had been unable to secure work.  In accordance with the terms of the contract Michael signed in August 2010, refunds are not granted for lead returns, however, Renovation Experts will issue credit or a replacement lead.  In an attempt to gain Michael’s satisfaction, a credit was applied to Michael’s account.  Despite having signed agreement and acceptance of these policies when signing up, Michael indicated the credit to be unacceptable and subsequently  began a series of verbal and written communications over the telephone, via e-mail, and online which were extremely vulgar and graphic in nature.  These communications were directed at the Renovation Experts organization, as well as specific individuals he had worked with.  Following this, Michael’s service contract was terminated and a refund of monies paid was provided.

Since Michael has received a full refund Renovation Experts considers this matters closed.
