WEB.COM leads.com, renovation experts They charge me $375.95 per quater to direct customers to my web site. They acidentally directed those leads to a competitors site instead of my own site. Since I have other web marketing in place I di Jacksonville, Florida

I started using renovation experts in 2008 to receive job leads in the construction field. I also started doing a web marketing program.

For the web marketing program I payed $375.95 per quarter for seven quarters to have leads sent to my web site but they accidentally had my marketing sent to a site of a competitor. I did not realize this was happening because I had another Marketing program that was working well. When I called them to look at the performance and make changes I found out about the problem. 

I received a refund of $375.95 for the last quarter. I asked for the other seven quarters that I payed for nothing and I was told that I should have notified them of the problem earlier.

I canceled the web marketing for $375.95 a quarter and the job leads for $400 a month in January. I was charged $400 in February and $400 in march. 

I call Renovation Experts and wait on hold for an hour then someone hangs up on me. When I call Web.com they say that they have no affiliation with Renovation Experts but the web site says that they are affiliated.
