Rental Homes Of America stealing landlord information to sell to tenants Chattanooga Tennessee

i am a landlord that had used a site that i paid to list and is free to tenants. the specific home has been occupied for 6 months when i start getting phone calls from people wanting more information about my rental. i had recieved numerous calls and finally had a lady give me the web site address of where she saw the listing, rental homes of america. i have never heard of this company but sure enough they had it listed.

i contacted the "st. louis" office and was told the listing was authorized by email, an unknown to me email address. i did some research and not only found the email address owner but i spoke with him. he said he has been getting emails about my rental and has made a number of attempts to get the listing removed with his email listed because he dosn't know anything about it.

rentals of america basically took my information without concent, posted it on their site, and made up a email address to say someone did authorize it. i have talked to elizabeth and was told they are trying to find the "origional" documentation. i am calling and requesting information and getting no response. i was told i would have the information in 4 days, not even a phone call has come.
