Chris, Brian, Janet and Rental Homes of America are stealing peoples money by lieing to them and tricking them out of $49-99 for a bogus rental home list. They are selling you info that is free to receive and reeling you in with ads for houses that don't exist- Based on your contact agreement did you know you were entitled to a refund? Just go to their "National Headquarters" which is filled with Crackhead Phone Reps at 2600 Poplar Ave. Memphis, Tn 38112. Tell them you will call the POLICE if they don't give you your %^%&$# money!! It is Guaranteed to work like a charm. They sell these bogus lists in St Louis, Jackson, Tn Jackson MS, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and MEMPHIS are they really need to be arrested- ask for JANET, BRIAN, or CHRIS.

I know the person whom posted this complaint. First of all you need to know that all they are is a upset ex-employee! Second of all, they do not give refunds just because someone calls the police. They will call the police is someone doesn't leave and wants to act ignorant in an office of theirs. I know, I used to work there also. There is no Janet. There is no Brian. Their offices aren't filled with crackheads. Now sometimes they may come through the door, but they usually wind up like this person, out on their butts and complaining all over the internet about some crap thats not even true. I know they have have a bad rep with the BBB,, they don't answer the complaints the majority of the time because their busy finding homes. Again, I know, I used to work there. I was a manager! I had to deal with that crap. It's people like this person, that get mad and want to spread all kinds of lies and allegations that make things hard for other people. I don't work their anymore because I can't deal with idiots like this on a daily basis. Those people who work those offices, they have got to have nerves of steal.. They deal with people always mad because they want something for nothing and don't want to be realistic about anything. Even though I no longer work there, I can say those people work very long hours still, they don't get paid nearly enough and to have to deal with jerks like this on a daily basis is more than most people need to have going on at work. So my hats off to those who can work at that place!

That's why they won't give you the address when you call!
