We are a company we all have to follow the same rules. If someone has treated you badly you need to ask yourself why, were they responding to how they were being treated ( not that its a good reason, but we are only human ) or was that person just an all around jerk if tat is the case you need to find out who they answer to and talk to them about the occurance.

I actually had this rent company call me from MO. They were looking for someone who had a rental agreement and left the state to come to NH. Because we had the same last name they called my house. When I explained I did not know this person and my name is very common, Jones. They apologized and called again, and again until I told them I was calling the police.
I don't even know any one in MO.

Looks like you are the one who needs to go back to school. Learn to spell. Was the company calling you because you did not make the rental payment? Or did they just call to say hi? I think it would be the first. Read the contract, NO GRACE PERIOD.
