This company talks about We are Family and Making Customers Feel Welcome Wanted and Important. No they do not... I have to say that this company needs to re-evaluate how they not only treat their customers but their employee's as well. I was treated very unfairly by the companies Fort Worth Regional Manager and DVP.


I watched the Regional Manager not only treat me, but 14 other employees the same way. He came back onboard (See I state came back) with the company in Sept. 2005, from that time to now he has let go of about 15 employees. Some of which had been with the company for 8-10 years, myself 2.5 years. Why is he allow to effect so many lives the way he did these lifes. Not only was he allowed to do this but I found him to be "Prejudice" as well. How you ask? He felt my family being Catolic was a sin. That he made numbers of commintes about how Catolic's are not a real religin. My son was to be baptized and he mad rude comments as to why would you do that no where does it state you have to do that and that I need to change religions. An expected me to answer him. None of his business. My favorite is how he would talk bad about the employee he would just let go. I hate how he is very unprofessional about letting someone go.

Second how "Two-Faced" he was to customers. He told me to let certian customers get away with, being late on payments, get what they want when they want, and buy special gifts just for these customers to make them happy. The customers may have been longterm customers, but to allow them to get away with what they do, is just unfair to new customers or even other long time customers. But it was brought to my attention now that I am nolonger he has had a change of heart, he now wants to become harder on these customers because they have not been paying ontime because he let go of my Asst. Manager and I. "Make Up Your Mind!" He also would promise customers, things and never follow through. Lied to their face and left me the Store Manager have to make it right. Why would Rentway not only Employ but Re-Employ someone with skills such as these.

I worked as a store manager also and was treated in the same manner as you. You on the other hand were discriminated against because of your religion. You need to contact your state agency that handles these discrimination cases. Most important is that you have witnesses to this discrimination. Usually you can file them via the web.
