Rentway ripoff on insurance/rude workers Chester South Carolina

I was recently hospitalized & my wife went to Rentway to pay my bill & while there she purchased insurance. She explained to them what was going on & they gladly took my money & told her we was covered on their insurance cause I had filed for umemployment. well two weeks later they called wanting a payment. I said what about the insurance I bought,they said my wife didnt fill out the necessary paperwork well then why when my wife ask" when are we covered" why did they say "now" I am gonna fight them on this.

No one told her she had to fill out extra paperwork & she told them she was purchasing this because I was going to be unemployed. I will NEVER fool with rentway again.The employees screamed at my wife & told her to be quite that they we're speaking now & we're yelling over top of her. Just the week before one employee came to the house & told my daughter we owed 75.00 then when my wife went to the door he changed it to 50.00, when I went into the office & paid it was only 36.00 I owed. He must have been trying to put money in his pocket & thought my wife would fall for his lies.
