REO Property Solutions-Gary Dambach & Francis Powell Never paid me for work I completed Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I answered an ad on craigslist in November 2008 that was posted by Gary Dambach.Gary hired me as an independent contractor to do property inspections in Mississippi.I didn't sign a contract it was a verbal aggreement.Gary has a contract through First American Field Services.He told me it was inspections for REO Property Solutions.I logged into firstam.com to get my work orders and to submit the ones I completed.I was told my first check would be mailed after the first 30 days of work and then every 2 weeks thereafter.I have all the workorders I completed and I have emailed and called but still have NOT BEEN PAID.Gary Dambach,Francis Powell,& First American Field Services ripped me off.I was told on Jan.08,2009 my first check was being mailed that day but I never recieved it and then on Jan.23,2009 I recieved an email telling me once again that my check would be mailed on Jan.30,2009 but still yet I have not recieved any pay.I spoke to Julien Smith with First American Field Services and he was like what do you want me to do ? He went on to say he would speak to these guys and find out why I haven't been paid and that he would keep in touch with me but I haven't heard anything else from him.These people need to be stopped.
