I made a mistake for the amount of $17.90 I would love to pay it but this company wants me to pay them $167.90 thats just insane. They won't even send me proof they keep saying we can't mail out info it costs to much and your only allowed to pay from Wal-Mart using western union or money gram. That sounds so fishy. I would love to clear up the matter but I refuse to do it with this company. I think it's a scam artist that just happened to buy info from a real collection's agency and now they have your personal info.I guess it's the collections agency way of getting paid no matter what then making your life a living hell by selling your info to scammers. The person I spoke it was a "Miss Brown" she would not let me speak with her superviser. She was trying to tell me we are going to take me to court. As far as I can tell she herself is not a lawyer she is debt collector/scam artist. I have never heard of a company that wants money owed to them not willing to send you a statement and at least the option to pay by money order. Oh and when I checked on this phone number I entered into a website the checks forfake numbers and such well they said it was some kind of cover-up number to hide the callers real number so you cant trace it to anyone. I filled a report with them. I think it really pisses me off that they have my account number, address etc. When I called back to ask questions I did not when them having my number so I called using a calling card so it would show up as a 1-800 # and some how it still came up as my home number. I've never had that happen before. That was strange, I truely believe that these people are scammers and I would not pay them one penny. I also checked with the BBB and they have had complaints filled against them ( not inculding the ones posted all over the net.)
