I ordered a painting to be delivered to my sisters as I work and I wasn't told of exact delivery date. Week passed and no order received, I checked tracking and it said it had already been delivered to the billing address! Contacted Reproduction gallery who said it had been left outside my door (i live in a close with five other flats). Told them it wasn't outside my door!! Should never have been left there as I didnt get home until 8pm plus it wasnt the address I had asked for it to be delivered to! Yodel delivery nightmare- and despite my request I havent received a refund!!

This is another malicious and completely bogus report.

We have never shipped with Yodel. Our website clearly states that we use DHL for all consignments.

Customers receive details of their online tracking profile upon order confirmation and can tracking progress and their painting and realtime delivery progress via this link.

There have been many other companies similar to us who have reported bogus and malicious reports.

We have been creating hand painted oil on canvas art for 18 years. Our testimonials speak for themselves.

These reports are obviously filed by a competitor. They should spend more time looking after their own customers instead of wasting time trying to damage our reputation.
