We bought a couple of Georgia O'Keeffe paintings as she is a famous American artist. But when they were shipped from China, US Customs stopped them and asked me to produce the license from the O'keeffe estate authorizing the copies. I contacted Alex at reproduction-gallery.com who told me that it was nothing to do with him. I answered him that the paintings are available on his website but he replied his reproduction rights only applied to China. I asked why he then he shipped to the US at which point he cut the call and now ignores my emails.

This is another malicious and untrue attempt to damage our hard-earned reputation which has been acquired over 18 years. We do not ship form China and we never ignore a customer.
We are joining with many of the other companies to bring an action against this person who had tried to attack us and some of our more reputable competitors.
