Delivery not received, sent an email with no reply. Meant to have been delivered last night to a post box, however there are no post boxes on the site, need my delivery today and have had no response. tried contacting them and had a poor response, that sender has to raise the query.

This is completely untrue and another attempt by a competitor to damage our reputation. We do not deliver to Post Boxes. All of our Christmas deliveries are on time and every customer receives details of their online tracking profile once an order is placed. We are a reputable company and have been trading for 18 years. Calls are either answered or returned promptly and emails are also responded to within a few hours. Many of our legitimate competitors are also receiving bogus complaints and we are joining with them to put a stop to this extremely unprofessional practice.
