Repwest Insurance Companys formally Republic west insurance company. Owned by U-haul, I purchassed insurance from them to protect my cargo on a move from Ms to Ga. My big screen Tv was cracked in the move. I filed a claim with repwest witch was no problem. After a week I didn't hear anything back from them so the next week I called several times. No answer from my re Michelle Alworth so I contacted her supervisor Kyle he finally called me bac about 6pm my time said he wasn't in the office he was out of town. He tried to blame it on AAA because they towed the vehicle when mine broke down told me to call them. Now 2 weeks later I get a call finally from Michelle stating that they wil not cover the claim. These guys must stay real busy because they never answer the phone after multiple calls. I would stay away from Uhaul and if you need to move don't waste your time with the insurance its a complete rip off.
