Res-Com Enviromental Credit card ripoff Sacramento, California

No long stories. I am going through my papers - the calamity took place few years ago, and there is nothing now on Res-Com in BBB records. Hopefully the scam is over and the folks who run it are out of business, maybe even in jail where they belong. Although I became somewhat suspicious early on - around the time of sending out the exam forms -they still took me for ~$300 of CDs and needless effort I spent reading the material. Debra Gray was my first line handler and Tom Gordon the ultimate pit bull. After seeing the unauthorized charges to my CC and hearing some fantastic story about me being stupid because I did not read a small print and now I owe them, I got into an email exchange with the latter individual who even tried to intimidate me and promised a losing battle. Yes, I felt stupid for getting anywhere close to these folks.

BEWARE, looks like a number of people got involved, both in running the scam and gullible suckers. I wonder if certain amount of BBB complaints should not automatically send the matter for DA attention, there was a lot of them filed, but it looks like the scam went on for a while.
