Reservation Rewards Ripoff FRAUD LIES CONCEIT Norwalk Connecticut

Three months ago I ventured onto the website movietickets.com to "securely" purchase movie tickets in advance for a special night on the town. I ordered my tickets in with complete ease and I completely forgot about the transactions until I noticed a mysterious reoccurring charge on my account from a company called Reservation Rewards.

I immediately called the 1-800 number and I was confronted with an sugar-coated and excessively perky recording, which informed me I didn't call during normal business hours.

As I looked over my bank statement I realized that this Company has been taking $10 out of my bank account for the last three months! I was never aware of this service and this elusive company had been charging me for being not being completely alert while making an Internet transaction. My stomach contorted into a knot of extreme dismay as I googled the company's name and found complaints galore.

If reservation rewards wants to convey the idea that they are an honest, trustworthy company they should actually tell their customers that they will be charged a fee every month! The price of their membership should be blazoned across the screen and there should be an actual credit card form that customers can carefully read over and fill out.

I foolishly assumed that my credit card information would be safe with MOVIETICKETS.COM!I will never do business with their website again and I will warn all of my friends! Reservation Rewards pilfered my credit card information after my transaction with Movietickets.com was complete.

I finally got in touch with a Representative this morning and they refunded all of my money and promptly cancelled my account. They said it should take 3-5 business days for my refund.

I will not be satisfied until this corrupt business is dragged through the mud! I will do my best to post warnings around the Internet to alert others to this fraudulent activity!
