Reservation Rewards - WLI Reservation Rewards Sneaky charges, insisted i signed up for services, ripoff! Shelton Connecticut

I noticed a $9 charge to my debit account from this company several weeks after using priceline.com. I called the 800 number that was listed with the charge, but they were "experiencing technical difficulty," so I went to the website. I found another 800 number to call for cancellation, and called it. I heard the same voice with the same prompts, but waited until my final option and actually got to speak with a representative. The representative explained that I had signed up by clicking on a link that offered a $10 coupon for travel. I continued to tell her that calling a coupon a membership contract is absurd and a scam. She assured me my money would be refunded within 3-5 business days and my membership would be cancelled.

I also checked the Connecticut BBB website connecticut.bbb.org/commonresults.html
and realized it has many different AKAs and has received many complaints.
